Meghan from Dyed4you was finishing a scarf order and was preparing to pray over the scarf and anoint it. She asked the Lord which oil she was to use and heard "Breath of God". No oil of that name existed yet. She asked, "Do you mean Angel's Breath?" And again simply heard, Breath of God. She called Carol and the Lord gave her the blend.
Meaning
God is fully able to breath life even into things or situations that seem completely dead. His breath - His life - brings full and complete restoration.
