Q. I have some allergies - are all the essences used listed on the site?
A. No they're not. But if you contact us about an oil and let us know what your allergy is we're happy to make sure it's safe for you.

Q. What are the blends listed in the ingredients?
A. Some frangrances are not available in essential oil, so we either buy or create blends using all essential oils to replicate the scent. Other times there are scents that tend to overpower a formula so essential oil blends are used. But always the blends are made with essential oils, no fragrance oils are used.

Q. Your prayer cloths are really lovely - where are you getting them?
A. They are custom dyed by Dyed4you.com.

Q. I love your scents, can I get them to fragrance my air?
A. Yes! You can use a warmer (shown to the right); filling the top with water and adding a few drops of your favorite anointing oil. Add a tea light under it and it scents your air beautifully!

Q. How long will the oil stay fresh?
A. At least a couple years if it is kept in a relatively cool place.

Q. Why are your anointing oils different prices?
A. The essence oils used to make the anointing oils range enormously in price. Instead of pricing to the highest end, we decided to make oils that used less expensive essences a slightly lower price to make them more affordable for you. See our Anointing Oil Overview for quick price comparisons.

Q. What if I like one of your oil packs, but would prefer swap out on of the oils for a different one?
A. Feel free to look at the Anointing Oil Overview page - you may select another oil from the same tier or a lower tier. If you have questions, contact us.

Q. What if I like one of your gift bottles, but would prefer to fill it with a different oil?
A. Feel free to contact us, we are happy to fill the bottle with whichever oil you'd like, but there may be an additional cost if it is a premium oil.

Q. Can I refill my gift bottle?
A. Yes, all gift bottles note what size refill is needed to fill the bottle. You will need a funnel to successfully get the oil into the bottle.

Q. How are the oils packaged?
A. They arrive in a small velvet or organza bag.

Q. I think I see something floating in my oil - is that possible?
A. Yes, it is. Several of our oils, come with things we've intentionally added (for example, Sparkling Dew comes with little "dew drops" and Glory Drops comes with gold "glory drops" floating in it); however, if you are seeing something in an oil that doesn't intentionally come with these little extras, it is possible that you are seeing part of the essence. Since the essential oils are derived from natural sources, every once and a while you might end up with a smidgen of whatever the original source was. That is ok, and totally harmless and natural. Consider it a reminder that something God created, created the oil you are enjoying. :)

Q. How often do you come out with new oils?
